Pradhanmantri - Episode 10: Story before 1971 war | ABP News

10 жыл бұрынBefore 1971, India had Pakistan at both of its side-Eastern as well as Western border of the country. The eastern side of Pakistan was apparently weaker than the western Pakistan or (modern Pakistan. In "genocide," as a journalist wrote in his reportage in an International news paper, Pakistani army killed at least 3 lakh locals of East Pakistan. In a special meeting, PM Indira Gandhi asked Army Chief Sam Manekshaw to "do something." However, in that situation, Army Chief told that fighting war in then situation with Pakistan was not possible. He demanded time for planning and preparation in this meeting which was held on April 25 in 1971. It was clear that Indian Army was not prepared for the situation however ready for the war. But Pakistan attacked on India even before the expectations. "I don't know whether I will be reaching Delhi safely or not," Indira Gandhi told Siddharth Shankar while coming back after addressing a rally. Even in personally i want to tell Indira Gandhi is best of all Gandhi family. We are always grateful to her she feed 1 Cr of our people in India not only dat gave us arms and training. its a great shock that she died in a devastated way. Spare the political reasons but still only for giving shelter to us, her soul must be in heaven. those normal civil people who does have any relation still prays for her. She is best after united indin's Jhasi ka rani or Rjia Sultana or Pritilata. May Allah give her soul rest in peace.

Gen Sam never used a subservient address, "madam". He even addressed her as 'sweetie'. He used the correct address, "Mrs Prime Minister". 'Madam' is not a respectable word.

Indira Gandhi deeply gets hurt when 300 students in university of Dhaka were killed and around 3 laks genocide occurs in 1971. She gives independence to Bangla and gives the name Bangladesh. Pakistani people is jealous by growth and trade of Bangladesh and they still treat them their colony people.

Mrs Gandhi was a Brave leader and fought war in spite of american threat of 7 th fleet moving and brilliant treaty with USSR countering possible american intervention how close we came to a 3rd world war was chilling and Brilliant strategy by Fen Manekshaw in getting surrender of East Pakistan army.

Trust me if it was a male PM who had divided Pakistan into 2 parts, these Indians would have forgiven him for Emergency. They would have been worshipping him. In India, if you do any good (nationalisation, abolition of privy purse) but you are a female, then you can't be given credit. That's how these people and their minds work. The same talent is worshipped in Amit Shah as he can get anyone on his side, being a shrewd politician is respected if the politician is Male. He is Chanakya. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I have noticed that my sisters can see these videos objectively without any political bias but all my Indian brothers, as always being regressive and not objective, they always see these videos as a Congressi Pilla or Modi Bhakt. Truth hurt, these people keep getting carried away
