Thats exactly the first track I took it too. Rear end is more lively. Super stable under braking. I like it a lot.

First of all I'm glad I discovered your channel, such a chill vibe with how you present your thoughts, 100% you gained a new subscriber out of me! Secondly as someone coming from AC, PC2 and the F1 games, I'm glad to hear that when it comes to Lambos in ACC I'm not the only one who needs to put extra concentration on that car while the other cars I've tried out were more forgiving and does (mostly) what you need to do even in default settings.

@MarkDelVillar welcome to the channel, and thank you for subscribing! Yes, the Lambo has been a tough bull to master for me in ACC. I also have a background in AC, PC, PC2, Gran Turismo, and, of course, the F1 titles. I was able to do really well with the Lambo in PC2, but the car handles much differently in ACC. So, you are among good company here, my friend.

@the Versatile Gearbox I'm digging the new name! You should definitely give ACC shot! It's challenging and brutal in the right ways. It will make you rethink your driving style and also help you improve your racecraft for many other titles. Since playing ACC, I have gotten much faster in other titles that I thought I was fast in. I truly appreciate you watching my video!

Hey man. Its me again. So I got my playseat challenge and g29. I'm having a hard time adjusting. I only play gt7 so thought I'd give acc a go. Obviously went straight to here for your review. 😅. I hear mixed reviews about acc on a console? What do you think? Cheers.

Hey! Thanks for coming back! It is quite an adjustment at first, but you will get adjusted with time. It's easy to overdrive the car, and you essentially have to learn how to drive all over again in ACC. GT7 is an awesome experience that I feel teaches you the findamentals, but ACC takes it further and makes you much more aware the car's overall balance. You quickly learn where GT7 was giving you a helping hand opposed to ACC, and the adjustment can be rough. Engine placement, tire pressures and temps, and aero become paramount in your setup to be consistent on the track, and consistency is king in ACC! I think ACC is pretty good on console. I started ACC on PS4 and transitioned to PC after a few months. The console updates are pretty far behind the PC updates, but the experience is still good. I have a video I am working on talking about how to get started in ACC, and it will be out soon. Definitely come back and check that one out when it is published. I hope this helps!

There was a bugged update that had a quick hotpatch. If you were lucky enough to see the bug report it mentioned a missing car file - being the Evo. Otherwise I don't think there was anything on this car being released.

@@JCCollinsRacing There is no ill effect on the EVO. At the time of the bug which was about 2 weeks ago, the game errored out because it couldn't find the EVO files. Thing is, those files weren't supposed to be there anyways. Whatever code was telling the game to look for those files, it was likely removed in the hotpatch. This was all literally in a span of an hour so most people missed it lol.

To note trail braking with the mclaren is not essential. Its actually one of the few cars that demand you do it less in. The major issue why you felt this is you had abs 1. You want to go with 3 or 4 bb around 52.2 to 53.2 you are also heavily braking causing you to go through a corner very slow. The objective with the mclaren is to brake earlier trail less with a nice aggressive committed steering lock into the corner and coast through. If you trail brake too much in that car, good luck on exits. Its very much like its first version with more front end rotation.

huh maybe im bad but I felt its a lot easier of a car to trail brake in compared to the ferrari 296. Maybe not fast, but its certainly easy. Idk.
