The baby is adorable. The fact that you show that you can still train while taking care of the loved one is great. No excuses and the workout was quick and very effective. More parents and even people like myself (a professional athlete, not a parent yet) can enjoy it. Thanks again

Love this! Theres not alot of workouts on KZfaq with resistance bands for upper body, at least not a complete workout like this. Most are for legs and booty but u cant have a banging bottom half with flabby arms lol. Thanks guys!

Good pace, My husband and I are working out together so having female and male perspective is great for us. We are both over 60 and we can adjust the intensity and band tension for us. We will be trying another Achy Peak workout soon. Bonus having a cute baby to look at.

Hands down my favorite at-home upper body workout. I love doing my stationary bike or going out for a walk and then ending with this. I live with rheumatoid arthritis (thankfully in remission atm) and have significant joint damage throughout my body from years of untreated disease activity prediagnosis. This workout is perfect for those with arthritis. I opted for upright rows rather than get down on the floor for the seated rows. Thank you for posting an inclusive workout that is free and accessible to so many people, even those with disabilities! I'm a former spinning instructor, pre- RA diagnosis. One of my top forms of therapy in my disease management toolkit is physical activity. I wish there were more instructors like you who think of inclusive accessibility for people of all abilities and levels, as many people with RA and various other disabilities avoid exercise/fitness due to a lack of feeling seen and included. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Just bought a set of resistance bands today-heading into our 2nd lockdown here in Ireland, the gym is closed now for 6 weeks so this workout is going to be brilliant! Hope there is one for the lower body too. Beautiful baby and so content!

I had Rotar Cuff surgery December 9 2022-they inserted 6 screws . I graduated from PT -great folk! This is great work out post Rehab!

Thanks for a great “stay at home” quarantined awesome workout. I rewound after each series and did the bands again so got double whammy workout. Thanks for making it fun. I need the push and extra motivation. Bands look easy but they are tough as heck. Keep up the great work - I join you on alternating days of my indoor trainer cycle days. I’ve always worked out (yes when I was pregnant too) - my girls are 25 and 27 and know that working is just part of life because they grew up with it. I’m glad so keep that baby in the gym whenever it’s safe and you can. It will then be in his blood. Love you guys. Christy indoors in Texas

My mom and I have been using your videos to workout over video chat as she is quarantined up north and I am in our hometown. This was the first workout I ever did, the band I started with is only enough resistance to walm up with now, I mostly do weighted pullups and dips and kettlebell stuff but still use bands for isolation stuff, cheers for getting me started. I think at the time I commented if I do this and swim every day will I get ripped and you replying it's a good start as long as your diets ok haha 🤣👍

Like many I picked up the resistance bands because of the lock down. The variety of work outs you have here is fantastic. I tend to get board pretty quick. I noticed in other videos you have the exercises listed which is helpful getting prepared and not having yup pause the video. Can you add a list to this one?

Awesome. I walk a lot for exercise, but I've been doing nothing for my upper body. I was looking for some equipment that I can thrown in my bag and use wherever I go, and this looks like the perfect workout. I'll check back in in 6 months and let you know how it goes. Anything in particular to look for in resistance bands (i.e. equipment)? Now I just need to figure out how to improve my terrible flexibility... Thanks!

I was doing the seated close row and the band slipped and hit me in my eye! Ouch! People gotta be careful with this one. I learned my lesson, next time I did it with my feet against a flat surface hahaha. I'm lucky it wasn't a bad hit but it could have been really bad. I enjoyed the workouts and totally felt the burn (eye included LOL).
