What an amazing piece of machinery Acura/honda built. The experience was unanticipated although much appreciated

I’ve been watching your channel as I searched for our Integra with a manual. Finally found my car in Pennsylvania. I flew out and drove it 1000 miles back to Minnesota. Thanks for the content.

This is the A-spec w/ Tech package and I think this is the best model to get if you don’t want Type-S power. The base model is more Civic like without the extra features

I love my Integra Aspec ! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, cheap insurance and maintenance cost. Plenty of power for city driving. Better looking red seats than the type s in my opinion. Also has memory seats, sunroof, electric passenger seats that the type s doesn’t even offer. Shifting gears on a car with less horsepower is more fun in my humble opinion as well. If I lived in the country that opinion might change ?

@@moonrockschopshop check engine, system braking, cruise control light and reduced power light. 🤷♂️ plus it wouldn’t start much anymore, had to hard press for 6-7 seconds (all stock)

I really would've loved if they would've loaned you the manual version but they probably make so few that that thing is only for sale. I think the Civic Si would probably be a better choice if you can get that at or around msrp. I also think that you wanting to know how the base model feels in comparison with that one makes the most logical sense. I'd probably opt for a civic touring or something vs the Integra that you're driving in this video. Thanks for sharing!!!

I’d love to compare all those. And thanks for watching!

My acura stealership has the Type S marked up at $65k currently. A few months ago they had a blue one sold at $75k. Its insane 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

Good. I'm watching your videos and you're learning and adapting quickly. You used to think the A-Spec was a "sub-par car," but now you know not to pre-judge and give a car a fair shot until you drive it. The truth of the matter is that so many reviewers shi** all over the A-Spec early on because they're thinking just about the sexiest trims of the past and present-day stats on paper, as if everyone is looking for a 2-door spare car for track instead of a daily that balances needs and wants. Newsflash to them: cars cost money. You look like idiots when you can see your perspective as an enthusiast who just bitches about looks and stats,, but fail to recognize that the people designing and building them are enthusiasts, too. The car business is just that: a business. No one's going to last if the build the best, most beautiful cars, but sell none of them because they're now too f'ing expensive. You have to sell, not just create. Those enthusiasts forget that what they want is not what fills everyone's needs, particularly when you introduce price into the mix. They do not understand that you can be an enthusiast and be very happy with a peppy A-Spec Tech manual that costs freaking ~14 grand less than a Type S. Would they prefer a Type S instead? Probably. Can they get something in the A-Spec Tech manual that balances what they want and need? Absolutely. That's the trick of all of this. Be a reviewer that empathizes with others instead of solely thinks of themselves and recognize you CAN want a Type-S and still KNOW A-Spec Tech manual is a damn good car at its price point. All that to say, you're smarty enough to learn and adapt...make that the hallmark of your channel. Be an enthusiast, but be smarter than them.

Hey thanks for all that bro , and yes I def have a new perspective on the car. On another note sorry if my content made you feel inadequate in case you have an Aspec, wasn’t my intention. In my experience I’ve always regretted it when I don’t get the top trim of things , so me personally I needed the typeS. But everyone’s needs and wants are different and the Aspec is still best of class for sure. PS. Met some guys with some dope Aspecs that’s were tuned and they RIP
