I like that you included the driver swap in the video. Right down to the unclipping of the mics. I don’t know why, but it amused me.

That 3.5L naturally aspirated engine is devine! I had a 2005 and 2015 MDX with the 6 speed auto, and they were both phenomenal. We had it with two kids and needed the cargo space, with occasional use of the 3rd row. Ideal setup. We “upgraded” to a BMW X5 which was far less utility than this. The dedicated shift buttons are done very well. BUT, the purpose most give for getting rid of the gear lever is to open up room on the console for other stuff...this defeats the purpose and actually takes up at least as much as a traditional lever! Not sure whey companies don’t just do what Mercedes and TESLA (who ripped it off from Mercedes) do and put it on the steering wheel stalk? Our 1977 Chevy Nova was a manual with the shifter on the column...then we can get 4 cup holders in the console!!! LOL. As for the infotainment system...wow...so good looking, but so dysfunctional. Would you agree Paul that this is a case where the designers won out over the engineers? I was duped on both of my MDXs...they seem fine for a week, or even two...but then you realize how useless it is...overlapping information between the two screens, the inputs, etc. death by 1,000 cuts. Don’t be fooled! And unfortunately, it looks like it has carried over to the 2021...

One tip. Since these are for people to do research on cars, it would be helpful to know the year of the model you are driving, especially if I’m looking at these years down the road and researching used cars.

I bought MDX two weeks ago. Great deals on 2020 model Great car and looking forward to low cost of ownership vs BMW Porsche etc

My dad got a MDX and me and my also 6’1” brother in law have sat in the back for around an hour trip max. Its not comfy but its not cruel and unusual punishment either. But when we all take a trip we rent an American Suburban or similar.

This is why it does get a lot of recommendations
