Yeah. It looks like she's an amalgamation of different decaying tissue, fused into the hull of the ship. We had seen the Borg as scary monsters, but this queen and her drones, rotting away showing the cold machinery beneath...adds a whole new level of horror we haven't seen since First Contact.
