What Makes The Mediterranean Lifestyle The Healthiest In The World?
Scientifically-proven to be the healthiest and most sustainable lifestyle, the Mediterranean way of life extends beyond just the Mediterranean diet. A Harvard Study was released in August 2023, rating the Mediterranean Lifestyle to not only be the healthiest way of life for us all, but also help us to live happier, longer and more fruitful lives.
After reading this study, I took the time to do some in-depth research into what the people of the Mediterranean were doing, including their minimalist/simple living habits, mindset and diet, that enabled them to live longer, healthier and most importantly happier lives. I wanted to see what tips and tricks I could implement/emulate into my life here in England that would enable me to live a more healthier, longer and prosperous life like they are. The science speaks for itself with this and I must say since adopting a 'Mediterranean Mindset' I have noticed a huge difference in both my mental and physical health and I hope that by adopting some of these life hacks and habits you can too, regardless of where you life!
