We found a vehicle underwater involved in carjacking and rape while searching for a Missing Person, Michael Kenneth Stricklin, with rumors of the Mexican Mafia, Drug Trafficking, and Aggravated Murder in the small town of Yazoo, Mississippi.
This is one episode you're not going to want to miss as Adventures With Purpose documents their search for Kenny Stricklin, following the clues left behind over 30-years earlier when Kenny was last seen at about midnight on January 29, 1992.

CASE DETAILS
Kenny, his sister, and a female friend drank at a Yazoo, Mississippi bar, Charlie's Lounge, and then the women dropped Stricklin off at Manasco's Auto & Heavy Equipment Body Works, where he was working on a truck.
He has never been heard from again.
He was driving his brown 1979 Chevrolet long-wheelbase pickup truck with the Louisiana license plate number T809798.
The vehicle, which had a missing rear window, has not been recovered.
Authorities searched the Yazoo River several times after Stricklin's disappearance and once found his toolbox, which contained a screwdriver and electrical tools.
No other evidence was located, however.
Stricklin was employed as a car salesman and electrician at the time of his disappearance.
His family believes he met with foul play, but little evidence is available in his case.
Hug the ones you love for you never know when it might be the last time you see them.

🌊🛻I really hope you all find out what happened & bring ur PopPop Kenny home someday, real soon. I was really hoping that they would've found him here. 😢 I happened upon this case, Idk what channel, a few yrs back, and I've been checking back every so often, ever since. I just always felt for his daughter, through hearing her voice speak about his disappearance, the pain & sadness - I jus felt connected to it all somehow..maybe bc I lost my Daddy when I was 9. Idk, either way, I'm praying for y'all. Your PopPop would be proud of you, Beautiful GrandDaughter. Take Care. xo

Jared, will you return to other cases with the magnetometer? Crew safety was paramount in this episode as evident from Jared’s concern when Doug and Nug were diving to stepping away from the discussion there at the end. My heart started beating faster when the water got deeper and they saw a vehicle, though it wasn’t the one. The crazy leaping fish and Doug’s lowering of provisions off a bridge brought out some laughter from you guys and made my day! The fish felt like a sign saying Kenny is here!

@@AdventuresWithPurpose What about this one ? Willl you go back ? Did you notice when editing and not on your cell phone, - that that other pond DID have access to it ? It was not as clear as the other pond, but there was clearly access to it cutting through the trees inbetween the 2 ponds. Love the effort, work, and care you put into everything you do. If we had more people doing helpful work, meaningful work in the pursuit to help others, - we'd be in a much better place. I will always keep my hopes and dreams alive that one day we will have an overabundance of such organizations and groups of people that we find it difficult finding them any work to focus on. Sadly there is, - and will remain, - a large void to fill in variuos areas requiring help and assistance in various ways, - not just cold cases, missing people. I have faith that your continued dedication, consideration, and care, - as well as your wonderful presentation of such difficult and often very complicated situations and scenarios will continue to bring light to the eyes of others and get more people thinking about the lack of resources, funding, and especially the degredation of available assets and manpower available, - or able to be assigned to such endeavors and for how long due to cut back and that lack of, or decrease of funding. Which is why operations and people like you are absolutely vital and so very important always, - but especially in harder times when certain areas, or industries are negatively impacted and funding dries up or was never there to begin with... but Im sure you guys are WELL aware of that. I just hope other become more and more aware of that, and take the time to consider such truths and facts. These videos should continue to get some thinking and realising such Im sure. And its definitely not just in water search and rescue that we could use such assitance and helpful organizations obviously. But I think its likely always been a mostly underfunded part of things. Im sure if we had more people doing the work that you are could even help avoid things from ever reaching this point by simply having these groups of trained and caring individuals/organizations operating in more number. And available to jump into the mix with officials if, - and when these cases are "current" and not "cold." Simply because having an organization/group to count on in any local area could free up and reduce operation costs of such operations to give search and rescue efforts another day, or two, or more even. Which we all know means a big deal in determining the outcome of such situations. So it would be nice to see more going about such things. And I think your vdeos help to provide some "REAL" viewing value to people, - and over time should get more thinking about such things and their importance. You definitely got your channel name perfect with the use of the word "purpose" for sure. I apologize for so typing so much, - and am confident in saying that you guys know these things well and dont need me to bring it up, but maybe some other viewers will hapen upon and read it, and it may help them consider what they were unable to, - and didnt think about while watching the video. Thanks for all the work you guys do. Keep it up, and stay safe. Dont take unnecessary risks.

Obviously, the person that sent. The email knew something. That AWP didn't know. You might not have found Kenny. But you did help the police. Which is always a good thing. Without really getting involved in questionable rumors, etc. My hope is Kenny will be found. I always say, never say never. When one least expects it. A case could be solved. Pray that the family will be able to stay strong and find some peace. Well done! Another great and meaningful episode.

While these haters choose to critize me. I choose to bless them. I will not lower myself to their level. The world has enough toxicity in it. I refuse to contribute to it. Recommendation read the community comment guidelines. Also, strong recommendation. Rather, then gripe about something. That is of no concern to you. Make better use of your time. Go out in your communities. Help someone in need. Less griping and more loving your fellow man.

Surprise! One of the funniest things about rivers in the Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia areas is that they can LOOK shallow, but are actually quite deep. For example, many people think the Ocmulgee River at GA Highway 18 is only a few feet deep, but it's around 20-25 feet deep at points. The muddy waters can disguise the true depths of the river. Great idea going in, guys!

I am a fan of AWP, but at the same time dive talk channel are not incorrect. @@PetiteGatita I am a big fan of what they do put they are simply reacting and giving knowledge of what can be done better or safely which they mention numerous times. I would suggest watching other videos where they state numerous times that it is easy for them to comment just sitting there and not being in the situation. AWP does amazing things but several people that have been apart of this crew has stepped away because of the dangers being around them.

@@westoncrockett5968 again, if those guys from the other channel want to do something to help, simply gear up and do whar AWP do 🤷‍♀️.
