Hey Alex, It’s nice to see different properties. Like everywhere in the world- different prices for the similar properties in the different areas of the country. I saw better and worse properties for that price.

Yes, I agree. Some people sell only land for this price, meaning land without anything special like an overlooking view or proximity to the beach.

@@Alex_Kosh It looks like like poor workmanship, terrible floor plan, not enough space and a bunch of money to renovate it. So I would never spend any money on that place.

I'm guessing he wants to be a bridge and make some money between the buyer and the actual people who is selling the house. Over priced of course.

@@santos.2020 The owner is actually a friend of mine who has relocated outside the Philippines. He let me record his property because my audience loves real estate content. However the price will be the same whether you talk directly with him or through me.
