This is a very interesting conversation and I’m glad to have come across it. It’s a very sensitive conversation to have with people without hurting anyone, I love that everyone could respectfully agree or disagree on each points. Thank you for sharing this video! A very thought provoking and respectable conversation. The part that stood out to me the most was around the 15 minute mark where Elizabeth talks about her journey of empathy towards African-Americans experience. She's a great example of how education and empathy is the key to addressing our biases/prejudices.

Yes! I loved that she was able to recognize the reason she didn’t understand the rage from African Americans at 1st and that she did the work to know why 💕
