In todays video we visit Pittsburgh Pets, & venture to a local fish store to get him an OB (orange Blotched) Peacock African Cichlid Male for his breeding group with 3 females.

Cool OB/Dragon blood. I have one just like that but mine is nutts think I will get him 6/7 females to play with. Thanks Top vid full of Top fish.

Great video. In your experience do only Male OB peacocks display color like the rest of the peacocks?

Chris Palmer female ob’s display some color but not nearly as much as the males for the most part👍🏻 thanks for watching Chris!

I have been tempted to create a tank with males ob's only, do you think it is a bad idea?

I think it would be bad you would probably almost always have fighting going on and even deaths they will be more prone to fighting because they are the same fish shape and coloration that why most people have a mix of all makes as a display tank you will still get some fighting but not nearly as much
