Although she is supremely modest and unassuming, Tracy Mapfumo is a very exceptional person. I was lucky to spend a few minutes with her at the Good Food Festival talking about her innovative business, Eny's Treats. As always, I came away inspired and awed.
In this series I am celebrating the pioneering entrepreneurs in the emerging BioTrade sector in Zimbabwe. BioTrade has a huge role to play in building our economy and improving the way we manage our biodiversity. But it takes people with courage, vision and perseverance to make it work.
