Mr Ginsberg i just got notice i won my hearing and was found fully favorible. i have been following your videos for 2 years and they have helped me more than anything else i have done, i won on the grid rules over 55 no transferible skills, and watching your videos the last 2 years that is what i knew would be the case. Thank you for sharing this information. All these videos have been very helpful. I’m 54. I’ll be 55 in December. I’ve been dealing with Social Security since I was 51. I have degenerative disc disease, two herniated disc on the right and left with pain into my legs and everything numbness in my feet I’m diabetic high blood pressure And I seen a surgeon. He wants to do a two level fusion, but there’s risk because of my diabetes and I smoke which I’ve desperately tried to quit. He recommended steroid injections, which I am terrified of that be held against me because I don’t want to take steroid injections in my back, yes they do help a lot of people but what if I’m that one out of 10 that has a bad reaction I just rather not take that chance and those are not FDA approved. Thank you very much.

I just had my hearing, at the beginning of this month. I'm 54 with a masters degree. The VA diagnosed me with PTSD (loss of sleep) over three years ago, due to my deployment in Iraq from 03-05. It took over three years with SS because they wanted additional medical evidence from my psychologist, medical source statement. I worked in the corrections field and non-profit sector before becoming disabled.

I have been a nurse for 30 years. I am 53 years old. This year I turn 54. Two years ago, I have been working for my depression and anxiety. I have been denied twice and tomorrow, the 30th, I have a hearing with a judge. 😒

Letter from my employer. I have been off work on work comp since June 6 2023. So I didn't know if me being terminated would hurt my ssdi application my ssa portable says it's at 81% whatever that means. Thank you for your videos

Do you also use it with ppl at 45 almost 46 , the 202.06 rule? I feel like I’m not going anywhere with my representative. I’m at recon and most of what’s happening is me doing and bringing in medical records new docs etc.

What are the chances of someone 65.5 years old, with multiple disorders, depression, borderline personality, dystonia, asthma, getting booted off their SSDI, even though they have been on it for 11 years, and still can't work?

So if A person is denied at age 53 with A less than A full range of light work RFC, and it has been determined in the denial letter that they can not do any past work, they lose at the appeals' council. So they file A new claim now they reach the ALJ hearing now they are 55 would they grid out ?

Im a 52 year old that had trigger finger surgery and end up with my hand being partially paralyzed after surgery and now due to all the trauma l end up having CRPS and nerve damage my doctor now has my work restrictions no right or left hand use I'm now applying for SSDI I have enough work credit been on my job as radiology tech over 20 years do you think l'll qualify for SSDI due to the doctors care less mistake.

_SSDI has an age limit for eligibility. You must be between 18 and 65 years old to qualify for SSDI benefits based on your own work history_

I am 58 years old I have a kidney transplant, herniated disc in my neck I have pain almost 24/7 I can’t take anti inflammatory medication because can kill my new kidney, I have chronic pain, heart disease, knee pain need surgery, I am in acomodación in my job but still can’t do the job sometimes because of my back pain. You think can get approved?
