I've gone through this with social security(SSDI) and currently with the VA. Social Security found me disabled for PTSD, depression, anxiety, and mood disorder. I'm having issues with the VA doctors getting a diagnosis for IBS due to my deployment in Iraq back on 12/05-03/05.

My Dr. Told me I'm no different or should be no different than 90% of adults with adhd, with an undiagnosed ptsd from my father being murdered when I was 4. I lost count but I've had atleast 5 jobs in the last year, I'm currently in a job I've had for less than a week and I already have a new job interview because I know my current job won't work, im 43 and have have atleast 35-50 jobs since I was 16, its getting worse year by year!

What about someone trying to get their Disability for ten years? Her doctors refused to give her that letter. She has had several surgeries and she has lost one kidney. She has lost her shoulder she looks like a freak with her shirt off. Can you help her or give her advice? She has an infection and can't get well from it. Agan, can you help her?

Basically you have to describe to your doctor your disability and why you can’t work.

I am 74 with stage one pancreatic cancer tumor doctors say is inoperable because of a spleenectomy in (1976?) while in jail for a traffic ticket I was told was only a fix it ticket so no court was necessary. the court clerk lied. 3.5 years later, bam, in jail in the worst jail in the USA... anyway, now I came down with acute jaundice, a helicopter life flight from Brawley Ca to Mercy Scripps cancer center got me a procedure that stopped the jaundice, but i nearly lost my liver/suffered severe damage.... Now I am at home, housebound except for transport I buy from my neighbors (gasoline screws everyone equally... if they are budget conscious at all... just the fuel for my generator (on credit, from ebay/payal, balance of 3700 dollars give or take to repair my solar power system which i need because the gas and propane, water deliveries are killing me) My recovery from the extreme jaundice (lost 70 pounds in two months) and other effects have me confused and worried that applying for more benefits (i am already on SSDI) could upset my 'apple cart'. I am in California, near the Salton Sea, at a off grid community known as Slab City... 4423221412 People have already started ripping me off, VZW registered my second (last resort) phone and never gave me a sim as they promised, and have the door blocked with demanding a phone number my phone does not have, will not talk about that phone on the other phone, keeps telling me to call them on a land line.... and no person ever speaks to me since the rep who took my money.,

3 years in, they made me sell my sailboat. My only home. Said it was a luxury item. Dr gave me 5 to 7 years with this Pulmonary Hypertension, Got a few years left and my numbers match the SSA requirements. Now waiting for an adjudicator. If it were not for my best friend of 40 years letting me stay with his family, I would be on the streets and dead soon. I have nothing but Food Stamps

You said 3 days a week? She is in pain for three times a week, so what about the other days lol

I know this is not true but whenever i have pictured the job of an adjudicator, i see them at a desk with a stack of cases and a stamp and they spend 8 hours a day just stamping DENIED on every application and never even read them.

I have a question for tomorrows livestream. I got a call from my adjudicator today, i asked her if she had any idea if they were close to making a decision. She said they are waiting on my follow up appointment for my carpal tunnel surgery. I am not sure what they would be considering that for if my conditions met the grid rules. I am 58, diagnosed with Lumbar and cervical stenosis, severe depression and anxiety, parkinsons, and a few others. i recently had a reverse total shoulder replacement, 2 carpal tunnel surgeries, comepleted another round of p t for my back, have an appointment for a diagnostic injection for my lumbar stenosis pain. does it sound like they are leaning towards a denial?

I like to know when people of both Democratic and Republican parties in this country are going to wake up to the reality that no one, aside from Bernie Sanders, cares about protecting Social Security. In fact, many Congress people are being given donations and other incentives to dismantle Social Security altogether. Yet, we always have unlimited funds for wars overseas.
