You're welcome! Happy to do it. More content coming soon. As for warm ups, take a 5 minute jog, do some static stretches, some dynamics such as high knees, A-skips, B-skips, short burts sprints (10 yards), these are few examples. Feel free to get creative.

Thank you! I really appreciate that. I usually perform each drill at 100% max speed for 3 reps. each. Sounds easy at first, but it gets tougher when your body starts to give out then your technique wants to falter. That's when you really have to focus on your form and make your reps count.
