Only a property owner cn determine if a person is tresspassing on their property. Also tresspassing is a misdemeaner so the 3 racist murderers did not meet the requirements for a citizern's arrest so they was committing the crime of iilegal detainment by trying to keep Ahumad Arbery from continuing on his jogging through the neighbprhood where they mudered him. There is a reason the 3 racist murderers was denied bail. There is a reason the 3 racist muderers was recently charges with Federal Hate Crime Charges. There is a reason the governor of Georgia signed a bill to end Georgia's Citizen Arrest Law which dated back to 1863.
