They had a lot of help from a social justice judge who wouldn't allow the whole truth to come out and a lot of pressure from the black community. It was not at all a fair trial. Arbery attacked those good men who were only trying to stop this thieving scumbag felon from coming back to their neighborhood.

Knowing the law and trying to manipulated the law is what makes the difference between the prosecution and the defense attorneys is what made this case priceless. I've never heard of a case where it went from citizens arrest, self defense and now trying to use a person's medical records to justify murdering Ahmuad Arbery. This case was over before it got started. The defense attorneys can't even defend their clients, because they weren't doing any of the things they claimed to be doing. No citizens arrest or self defense. Ahmuad Arbery mental health issues had nothing to do with this case, nor is the McMichaels law enforcement officers and William R Bryant definitely didn't know what was going on other then two white men chasing a Black young man who wouldn't stop running away from them.

@@tejas409 it was his cultural heritage that got him in trouble. Growing up in rural Georgia and always having the law on their side gave them this false sense of entitlement over Black people. Both Mcmichael's and Bryant grew up in the jim crow state of Georgia, both men over the age of 65 as for the younger Mcmichael he probably thought because his father was a retired law enforcement officer, that nothing would happen to him and he was right it took months before the GBI took to the investigation. Had it not for the mother of Ahmud Aubrey constant effort to get an investigation this trial would have never been brought to trial. They were trying to bury the evidence. Lying from start to finish.

There is no evidence that any one of these three defendants had any prior knowledge of the victim (Ahmaud Arbery) his name, his character, his mental state or any single fact about Mr Arbery. The accused, all three of them, acted as they did, solely on their own. They initiated and carried out an action against Mr Arbery without cause. Mr Arbery was not breaking any laws, nor did the accused persons in this case see Mr Arbery in the act of committing an offence against themselves or anyone else. They had no legal right to detain or arrest or kill Mr Arbery. If they all had of stayed put and left Mr Arbery run along, this would not have happened.

It is been paraded in court because although they know it will not be allowed in to trial, this gets it out into public domain and possibly into the minds of future jurors. One defence lawyer interviewed on TV stated this is what they are doing as there was never a chance the judge would allow this in ever. They want it in the public's view to help sway public opinion and to get it into the minds of jurors because even though they can't weigh evidence not presented at trial, we are all human and it may sway a juror on the edge. It's all games to them and should not have been publicly argued, should be a closed court.
