Exactly, this Case has no legal grounds to justify their actions. With a citizens arrest, the person being"arrested" has the right to leave. So right there citizens arrest defense is gone. And as soon as they blocked him and pointed guns at him, Auhmad absolutely had every right to fight for his life. If he would have lived, HE would have a justifiable self defense case. But not these 3.

Furthermore, as pointed out by the Prosecutor, the site owner, stated that in the whole of 2019 and the first two months of 2020 nothing at all was stolen from the construction site. Mr Arbery was murdered on February, 23, 2020. You should be ashamed of yourself telling lies on a dead man and your dishonesty will catch up with you sooner or later.

If you watch all of the body cam footage, one of the officers did go to him immediately and put pressure on the wound. He stated to the paramedic that even as he was doing so, he knew there was no hope (extensive blood loss, agonal breathing), and Mr. Aubrey took his last breaths within moments. But they did not know about his past, so all of that is irrelevant....

@@Tazman1234 correct- he was black and that’s why they chased him. So many people walked into that house to see the construction just as Ahmad did, they were not chased. Guess what race they were?
@tumenihits54383 жыл бұрын
By his own admission, McM Senior said they chased him because he "looked like" someone who he had encountered before. A tacit way of saying "these black folks all look alike, Judge...."
@hummingbirdess87633 жыл бұрын
@@tumenihits5438 EXACTLY! But the bigger picture is...even if he was stealing, what gave them the right to chase and corner him with their vehicles and then shoot him??? Why not just call the police and let them do their job. Totally un-necessary waste of a life

@@Tazman1234 so the answer is no? They did not know of his past? Because that was the question I asked.
