Aileen Carol Wuornos (born Pittman; February 29, 1956 - October 9, 2002) was an American serial killer. In 1989-1990, while engaging in street prostitution along highways in Florida, she shot dead and robbed seven of her male clients.

It’s not her fault cause Aileen should have never got involved with her in the first place while she was killing people. If she “loved” Tyra she wouldn’t have. That’s not even love since Aileen is T even GAY or Bisexual. She went into that gay bar by mistake, Not even realizing it’s gay cause she’s a drunk and loves alcohol. Aileen liked the idea of how Tyra treated her since all the men she knew and had been with abused or used her in some way. Aileen had no remorse for her actions and even stated “I killed those men, I robbed them as cold as ice and I’d do it again if I could “

Her exact words where “I killed those men, I robbed them, as cold as I’ve. I’d do it again if I could”. Yeah she’s a straight up American psycho. She enjoyed it and there is no love from a psycho. One of the guys she killed while selling herself was a retired cop. The retired cop was going to provide service to her In exchange for money. Cops back then where more dirty then then today. They got away with a lot more and still do

Aileen looked far more feminine. I saw Alieen's cross examination. She did not look like the wild, crazy eyed person that she had become when she was on death row. I bet this woman was the man in their relationship and she encouraged Alieen to continue prostituting herself for money. She used Aileen.

Society failed Aileen before she ever took her first life. She tried to go straight and no one would help her. I think with some mental help and life assistance... things would have turned out much differently. I may be wrong tho.

No. Ty didn't have any involvement. Telling someone to go make more money doesn't mean go kill people by anyone's standards. She never told aileen to go kill people. Aileen said she had no part in it even after the trial. Ty had no obligation to throw herself under the bus to help aileen. Aileen wouldn't have done it for her love or not

They heard Aileen confess. It’s sad that she had to sit there and hear Ty testify against her 😢 I’m not condoning murder at all. But She was so abused by everyone in her life. Then the last betrayal by Ty and the jury coming back with the DP. I wish she would of got life without parole. Sad story from start to finish.

If you watch the making and the selling of Aileen wourness one of the detectives mentioned they suspected Tyria was in on it or at least knew about it and was caught pawning items. Also one victim was murdered different that all the other victims and has never been found - he suspected Tyria had something to do with and was fired and threatened from his department. She was also quick to throw Lee under the bus and was about to make 50 thousand in movie royalties. I literally just watched the documentary and he goes off about it for a minute or two. Tyria definitely isn’t as innocent as she tried to appear to be though.

There is .. a documentary that a horse rancher and a slimy lawyer made back in the 90s to make money off her story sadly .. and I believe a documentary about that happening and how the police wanted to make money off of her story too , 1 movie monster and a netflix one recently .. I highly doubt her sentence would have been any different if the judge had been female. One of her victims was a retired law enforcement officer. Not a doubt that was going to get her the DP regardless of the sex, race, orientation of the judge.

I doubt it. I took my abusive ex to court, and the first hearing was with a female judge, and she was the worst judge. The second hearing I had a male judge and he seemed to understand better why I needed a VRO, more so than the female judge. Some male judges might be more in your favor, because they had a daughter or someone, they knew who was abused by men.

The first woman in the state of florida to get the death sentence. Lucky for her, she got lethal injection by the time her card was up and not the electric chair. She never held any accountability for what she did and that’s probably what mostly screwed her. She was a victim of childhood abuse and a run away and then lived and ran the streets her whole life basically so yeah she was a victim but she only played the victim role. Something set her off and after the first murder, weather self defense or not, she proceeded to kill as many people as she could and take there money and belongings after. She was a monster and if she hadn’t been stopped, she would have kept going and going and going. She killed a retired cop also, and that’s a death sentence alone in itself.
