Seekh Kabab is a Pakistani BBQ dish made of minced meat and aromatic spices. Traditionally this is made on a bed of hot coals but can be made on the stovetop or now even the air fryer. This is healthy, easy and quick seekh kabab recipe.
Food Notes:
- In this recipe, I rinsed the ground meat. If you choose to rinse the meat, be sure to remove any moisture from the meat. This is important otherwise the kabab will not be able to hold itself together.
- You can also shallow fry these kababs in a frying pan. Fry on each side until brown then cover the lid so the steam created in the frying pan cooks the meat.
-You can shape the kabab using a wide straw, or bamboo sticks. You can tape 3-4 bamboo sticks at the bottom and use it like a skewer.
