How to increase mileage of a carburetor car, almost all old cars have carburetor and Maruti 800 in India and Suzuki Mehran in Pakistan both have F8B engine which is same so their air fuel mixture setting is the same.

This video let you know how to properly air fuel mixture is done, First of all you need to run car for about 20 minutes to make it hot at operating temperature to make air fuel mixture well, and then turn air fuel mixture tight and note the RPM loss by inspection, and then make it loss at the point where RPM get maximum, that is the exact mixture point.
After that run your car for about 2 weeks or 500 KM and inspect your plug and the do as told in video.

Mere paas Maruti 800 DX Five Speed 2001 Model hai. Total Running 37000kms. Jab me ise Non AC Drive kr raha hu to kuch problem nahi aari hai, lekin AC me drive krta hu to 4-5 km ke baad iska temprature needle badh jaata hai normal position se, Fan bhi chal rha h, Coolent bhi hai, Oil bhi hai, First time jab aisa hua to reserve tank me coolent boil hone lag gaya tha, aur temprature high pahuch gaya lekin jese hi AC off kiya sab normal ho gaya, Mechanic ko dikhaya to wo bol rhe h ki GASKET ka problem hai, lekin gasket ka issue hota to NON AC bhi to bubbles aane chaiye the, aur coolent me OIL ka koi sign bhi nahi h, smoke bhi normal aara hai, Meri gaadi me shayd thermostat bhi nahi h. kya yeh iska issue ho skata hai? Please help me to find out the issue

Please follow the process : You require a tachometer. If you do not have then use your hearing sense most cautiously. 1) Increase idling spreed to 1300 RPM. 2) Clockwise turn the mixture to completely tighten it. 3) Unscrew slowly and continue to unscrew it till maximum RPM is reached. 4) Reset the idling back to 800-1000 RPM where engine is smooth. You reached the optimum point of efficiency & power.

Adnan sahib, filter cover utar ke petrol pe kar ke race bar bar de kar dekho petrol a raha hai k nai. Aur mixture ke screw 4 turn out karny they ap ny kahen tight to nahe kar dia. Tappet clearance and timing ke issue b ho sakta hai aur current chorny ka issue b ho sakta hai.

Dear Bhatti, Subah ke wakt jab car start karty hain to thory dair tak white dhuwan aur pani chorna chahiaye pher jab garam ho jati hai to band ho jata hai dhuwan aur pani, engine us wakt khulta hia jab silencer me nami any lag gye yani geela geela rehny lagy. 3 chezain buhat important hain 1. Tappet clearance 2. plug and point proper setting 3. timing adjustment in se engine ke life bharty hian aur mehran ka engine 150000 k bad khulta hai. Shell oil (purani car to 20/50 agar new hai to 10/40) use karain.

Hi, Shell 20/50 is very good engine oil to use in old car.

in cold climate like uttar akhand, kashmir, Shillong, etc, 20-30 or either of these is ideal for fuel economy. In hot climate 20-50 because in hot climate, engine oils tend to become thinner hence less protection for wear and tear

yes, actually no need of tachcho meter. step 1. increase idle speed so that the engine will not stop while adjusting the mixture. 2. tied the mixture until you notice that the engine starts vibrating 3. then loosen the mixture bit by bit the engine will again gain speed in rpm until you find the maximum rpm position, that is the correct mixture position. 4. after that slowly loosen the idle screw till you find the correct idle speed that in the range of 800 to 1000 rpm. after driving about 2 kms you can inspect the spark plug for fuel economy

1 turn 360 ka hota hai kuch log 180 ka b kehty hian but ap best rpm pe set karo regardless turns, as carburetors differently behave karty hian mixture ko Full close ke taraf ly k jao jahan pe rpm drop start ho jain wahan se about half turn 180 back kar do. Acha result mily ga

Carburetor clean hony wala hai. tappet aur timing set karo plug saf karo mixture set karo.

radiator cap check karo aur thermosensor check karo. Agar pani boil ho raha to heating problems agar nai to sensor problem.

Very Bad video Why you have change the RPM for adjustment of fuel while you have not consider any RPM while setting the fule to its optimum level You use only theory of turns not RPM Bad information Charts are good
