Yes converting homes to short term rentals very disruptive to the huge number of people looking to buy long-term housing. Its not just out of state individuals coming to FL buying up inventory, its Wall St as well, Blackrock, etc. May all those who have bought homes as a component in their get rich quick investment schemes lose their shirts paying booming special assessments, rising HOA’s and $$$$ property insurance.
