Hello, awesome and pretty simple! To get out the bubbles, you can try to put it in a box and run a vacuum pump. So the bubbles will come out. Afterwards it can harden. Thanks for sharing! Greetings Michael

EBay!! You can get 2 parts liquid rubber. Mix up a batch and pour that into your moulds. Iv used some to make a mat system for fun and the quality of the rubber depends on the product you order so do a little research before you buy any first. The only problem iv found is the liquid rubber dries oily but a good wash with a degreaser then soapie water fixes that and once you run some gravel through it the mat cleans itself free from that oily substance. Something to check out if you haven’t already thought of that mate. Cheers love your work 🤠

Nobody wants to pay one, but you might consider a patent liar for a cease & desist order, Again, this country, as most others, revolves around folks building a better mouse trap for their needs, and when they do are amply rewarded! Not your problem when making, improving upon something that has been around 5,000 + years and you discovered a technological improvement to make it better, think Keene Engineering and how many liars they had to spank pee pee and send away! Don't let anyone step, stomp, or otherwise get in the way of doing what you like to do! As long as you are legal (I believe you are) maybe some tax liability if you make to much $$$ and don't report it. but other than that, the only reason for a pencil neck suit poking around would be a jealous person thinking you stole their design and then rested on their laurels thinking they could not be improved upon! Why do you prefer #1 silicone, opposed to #2?
@scraphappens331
@scraphappens331 3 ай бұрын
Can I ask, does the silicone bead and resist the water? You know like when you paint over silicone, the paint just disappears. I'd like to use this method for wet copper recovery, but I'm worried the silicone not having any abrasion will cause surface retention and allow copper / gold to escape...
@alanrobertson2510

Yes the silicone repels the water and so does the gold that is what causes the gold to stick to the silicone. As far as copper I have no idea.

The right amount of water and soap should be very carefully measured out!!! and two whole tubes (20 dollars worth) only covered about half of my tiny sluice! and it is very difficult to judge how much you will need... so i guess i'll have to live with half a sluice worth of riffles.... They say only the top 3 catch gold anyways... so i'll hope and pray!
