It would be irrational for the creator of this universe to create life on multiple planets, he only needs one. Second, even if there is life, the information of that life would travel slower than the history of our planet and by the time it reaches us, we won't be here anymore. Three, we cannot exit our galaxy, even if we somehow menaged to travel with the speed of light. End of story, face the reality and seek answers something elsewhere.

It's in part for health reasons that as people get older they tend to adopt a diet with less meat/milk content since their body can't recover as fast anymore which heightens chances of having heart problems or developing other health diseases (Alzheimer's etc) if they keep eating too much meat and fatty meats. People feel their bodies change past 40, and again past 60. Not everyone gets hit the same, but many do.
