The last man is considered "goalkeeper". 2 Nigerians are in an off side position when the ball was kicked. One of which played the ball thus its offside.

There has to be at least two players ahead of the player with the ball ,in this case the Cameroon player was acting like the goal keeper, the Nigerian players were ahead of the goalkeeper

The last man was considered as a goal keeper, and two of Nigeria player was offside wen the ball was shot by a Nigeria player, but regardless the ball touched the goal keeper first before it was shot to the net by another Nigeria player... It shouldn't be offside because the ball met the goal keeper first before it was shot by the Nigeria player to the net

Offside, two players in green behind the goal keeper who at this time might as well be regarded as a defender. The defender in goal as switched places with the keeper. 😂😂.

I couldn't watch the match because of no light but I heard everyone who watched saying they robbed us of the first goal. Now that I watched the highlights I can see the reason and I believe it was fairly ruled out.

It is because the rule states that 'As long as an outfield player becomes the last man behind his own goalkeeper then he is automatically a non- outfield player and any other player infront of him is designated as the last man and the lines are drawn accordingly.@@blackspittle

African referees so funny decisions. Offside when a player was in the goal post playing the role of a goalkeeper. How come any reasonable referee would decide that goal as offside, a Cameroonian player was in the goal post playing every other players in. So funny referees.

that first goal was a very valid goal with no need for VAR checking. there was a cameroon player manning the goal post while the keeper ran out! what a joke ! Issa Ayatou influence? Caf is always trying to rip off the Nigerian team always
