Very good advice, the zirconium implants are really used alot in Europe and especially in the dental tourism industry. These are primarily Bulgaria, Hungary, and Slovenian countries, many of the docs come here. The one problem is while they bond better with soft tissue and being non-metal none of those problems, but not as good integration with bone. There is actually a zirconium with a titanium tip. I still have not gotten the doctor who has ordered all of my bone scans to commit. Pray 4 me

Glad to hear this update from you Kristi. You are absolutely right about communicating exactly what you want to whoever you go to for cosmetic dentistry or implant procedures. The Zirconia® bridges are stronger and more realistic looking than many mid-range and lower end bridges on the market. As you mentioned, cost is a big factor. Your smile looks great. Get that night guard as soon as possible.

I have implants and trust me I understand everything you are talking about . I think I got on my dentist nerves but I was so picky about my appearance . I Google and read dentist blogs. I learn that you must tell your dentist to push the teeth out. It worked when i explain . I have a fuller bottom lip . I am still iffy with my top so yeah its frustrating . I can relate to you so much . Any ways you look amazing . U R a inspiration :).

They look like veneers to me but I'm not seeing them in person. Think they look great though. I'm almost 26 and god do I hate my teeth. So many missing already, crooked, all the sensitivity in them, so many fillings. My face already looks kind of sunken in because I'm so thin so THAT I would really worry about.

Yeh i kept wondering why all the "after" photos of * ALL on 4* ppl were smiling weird so that only half the teeth would show. Jesus. So NO! Ppl do NOT kno thats what they are getting....cuz i went to my 2nd meeting to discuss options (i Had already said Yes! I want the zirconium top of the line! @my 1st appt.) And only THEN (2nd appt.)was i made aware that only the top of the line bridges utilize your own gums!!! Cuz there's no going back!! They cut your gums away to make space for the denture!! I was SO horrified, its not like u can do the cheap ones & then upgrade when you have more cash. And at that point, they also told me the REAL cost....which WAS ACTUALLY TWICE AS MUCH! (100K$) Ive already started with the procedure......im fucked 😡

Hi Kalin, I did not know you have implants now. I had dentures for a while but I m too sick having them in my mouth. I feel more than a year like vomiting every hour. I got problem with my stomach. Hey there. I have an all on 4 and hate them. My bite is all off and my speech is a hot mess. Do have kind of like a bump at the back of your teeth, kinda like a lump of peanut butter behind my 2 front teeth? And, is the material all pink on the inside? Also, is the shape off of your bone in the back or is does it follow your bone line? I am really having major anxiety with this. Do you have any suggestions?

You really need to fix the lighting of your videos. It looks like you're in a dark room and you're not highlighting your smile.

I know it isn't what you want to hear, but I still think you looked better with your permanent dentures than with the implants. The face change thing may be part of the reason, I can't really explain it, it's just how I see it. Of course, the implants have other advantages, I understand that totally.
