Lost 80 pounds in 2020 and did all this intuitively. Yet, when it comes to staying sober I needed this to understand the words to describe what is needed for change. Thank you. This is right on time.

@@DocSnipes to acknowledge that change is not easy and requires energy and time. Like a job. I think many people judge themselves for not succeding quickly enough or not being able to complete all of their quests at once

I'm looking forward to hearing this. Procrastinating is an attribute that stems from something and I'd like to know when, where, why and how to get this crossed off my to do list. I've had this problem most of my life and have missed out on more than I'll ever know. It's probably a key factor in my unhappiness. Im in an environment where I can focus on ME and commit without interruption and follow through.

Yeah, I had to give up going to the gym for a little while because I had moved, but I was so set on keeping my gym schedule that I didn’t even unpack or anything. It was causing me a lot of anxiety. I’m about to go back to the gym in a couple of days, and it wasn’t that bad. Also, you’re right about not having a lot of support when it comes to the gym.😂Get used to no one noticing, complimenting you on your progress or even your discipline for not quitting.😂
