Allegheny National Forest Part 1

After being downsized from IBM and Readers Digest, I listed homes for sale in upstate NY. After a bad year in real estate and feeling like I had too much stuff I realized that I was watching my life waste away. I sold many of my personal possessions and converted a Ram Promaster cargo van into my new home.
Now, I'll always have my house with me, wherever I go. I can boondock anywhere with my conversion van. I have been to places as far south as Key West and have plans to go as far west as California. I will travel the continental 48 with a free spirit, playing my songs on my guitar for whoever will listen.
I don't know how long I will do this, but will do it as long as I want.
I hope to make many friends along the way.
This video is part 1 of my experience in Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania.

Thanks Lloyd. I'm glad you liked it. What I always do if it's a black bear, be calm, don't look the bear in the eye, try to back up slowly and hope the bear does the same. I usually don't get scared and if I do, I try to do what I do with rock climbing, try to immediately control the fear. Thanks for watching. Part 2 is coming.
