About the chainsaw: best cue to integrate it to become a natural reflex reaction is: see a ton of projectiles about to hit you and a lot of heavies (hell knights jumping at you) and maybe even barons of hell charging their projectile animation? Easy. Find the nearest imp/ soldier/fodder demon and chainsaw them for some cool immunity time. Enjoy the 1,5-2 seconds of brief pause to catch your breath, instantly run away and reposition in the battle field. Works even better if you have the speed boost after glory kill rune.

oh yeah! those i-frames are a great use of the chainsaw. it's cool to see what little tricks (and traps!) you can use, outside the box, with equipment! I know in 2016, enemies wouldn't fire when you were in a GK, but existing shots would continue.

@@Allstin while I'm repositioning from heavies and super heavies chasing (like in really tense and crowded arenas) I usually spray some fodder demons with the plasma gun until they become staggered, in between cycling PB ballista missile launcher combos at heavies and super heavies so that I'll have some standby glory kills getaways as soon as I end up surrounded. It's also a very cool way to get your out of jail free card. But requires what you stated upfront: your sight has to be alive on your entire FOV. Doom eternal has really elevated my fps abilities like no other game. I'm very grateful for it.

it’s so helpful! plus, it’s a great trick for the taras nabad pain elemental drop - just use the ballista, shotgun, whatever to not impact your vision much, and still be able to grab it love this trick! just don’t become reliant on it to where you can’t perform without it!

Tunnel vision is also synonymous with not accepting a failing strategy. Sometimes, you have to ditch your plans even when you wanna accomplish them really badly

You can also point blank headshot makyr drones with the super shotgun by meathooking in. Just aim up slightly once you close the distance and it works every time. Thanks to heykyle for this tip, it helps immensely in sticky situations.

Another tip: Get yourself a mouse with a couple thumb buttons on the side. Doesn't have to be super fancy, the one I have is a $15 gaming mouse I bought on Amazon, but it's a game-changer

I always do SSG first on cybermanc. BP throws your aim and it sometimes feels like the actual pieces of armor flying off him block my bullets.

@@AllstinAnother pro tip: In my experience, the trigger for his AOE is basically a circle around his feet, so if you just jump off the ground and meathook into him, you'll usually just pass right over it for that point-blank SSG to the face.

i first time the khan mayker nightmare in less than 2 minutes with no spoils whatsoever Is she even supposed to be difficult at all ? i've never been so disapointed in a boss ever i think

Concerning the lock on vs remote. I think they really nerf the remote too hard in eternal. Against a group of fodder, I just use my meathook in the air and spam pb+rocket,or just rocket on the ground. I can hit direct AND have a lot of splash on all the ennemies around. Also sticky launcher and frag nade are really powerfull so yeah Remote det don't really find a spot in my loop.

It looks fine wym? Also 30 fps is much easier to have adequate birate for therefore the visual clarity is higher, not to mention higher bitrate/visual clarity is a MUST for fps games otherwise it's a blurry mess. Not saying you don't have a point but 30 fps for a viewing experience is fine, however PLAYING on 30 fps is totally different.
