I can relate alot with that tilted issue. Although I dont suffer from poor performance when playing, on a bad day a death really sets off that 'self-destructive' state where "the longer I'm in the game, the angrier I become". A stubborn mindset I wish to completely cleanse, and if anyone have this too. Just chill my man, you got this too fam.

I actually don't formulate such grand plans. I enter the arena and scout it quickly to get an overall idea. I focus on the fodder first to see if the prototype plan is working or not. If that works, move to the heavies and super heavies. If they also work in tandem with the fodder, it's time to rip and tear for good. I use the entire arena and toss fodder into the mix to fight the arena effectively. The only thing to remember is the weapon combos to tackle the demons perfectly. You have to have your weapons and combos engraved into your memory so you can fight effectively

What's the song in the video? I keep hearing that song play in videos about Doom Eternal but I can't figure out what it is. It almost sounds like the ambient song that cuts out during the very beginning of the Doomhunter boss cutscene.

Yo one time I was doing the cultist base master level and I was getting REALLY tilted on one fight, not only bc I was losing, but bc I had beat it before on nightmare, and I was getting slayer angry at this, and then I beat it and my head hurt. Channel the slayers rage to win.

Another really good piece of advice is put the jump button on a different button that doesn't make you stop having to aim or walk and you will not regret it the moment I did that my game play approved tenfold being able to jump/ Dash and aim is unreal

Second tip is very hard for the master levels as you cannot play it in sessions, there's no saving system so you either have to complete it fully or don't play at all, and i hate this feeling of "how far through i am but not exhausted and cannot think of better plan but if i quit i will have to go through this crap again!". There was a few arenas in Gore Nest i truly hated and felt beaten by, but i couldn't stop playing which only turned me angrier bc i cannot leave it for another time! Devs should add save files for master levels so i can continue with better plan and don't have to start over again if i feel like i'm done for now.

For tip one you plan in the battle field what I think is survive

Sometimes I take a little breather before entering a really hard arena/room( basically when I play on ultra nightmare ) and just get myself ready cause I'm thinking like, ok this super heavy will spawn after I do this and that etc. Personally it helps me, but if something, anything doesn't go well, my stress fucks me up 😂 Though I'm proud of myself, have beaten TAG 1 and 2, super Gore nest and Taras nabad master levels on ultra nightmare, but I can't beat the campaign 😅. Can't wait for the new stuff!

The real way to never die is to channel your inner Doom Slayer and when your in combat all you have to do is rip and tear until it’s done.

The strongest demons are in your head. That gave me chills. By the way, I beat ultra nightmare on main campaign after 2 nightmare runs (my first ever run was already on nightmare) and one on nightmare extra life. Of course, I didn't beat it straight up. I died about 12 times. 13th did it for me. And the key factor was: wrap your head around the fact that you're not overpowered before the super shotgun, and afterwards around the fact you're still going to need to keep health and armor intact or constantly refilled as a priority over more constant aggression. By the way I'm not stating these achievements as if I were some sort of super player. God, I haven't even played the master levels. Nor the Kaiser campaign. And I don't intend to. I just wanted to share that I was humble enough with my nightmare runs and then with watching people play online to understand there were deeper layers of combat and game I hadn't managed to figure out on my own yet, and then when the non-failing plan came to mind I finally achieved it. Then TAG 1 cost me only 3 deaths on UN before success, and TAG 2 took me out only once on UN, and that's because I knew tag 2 was basically a toned down version of tag 1 and I ended up getting cocky. Good content bro :)

i got some weapon mod tips that i like to share: full auto is best used as an ender to kill staggered demons to get shotgun ammo with just 1 or 2 shots killing a demon with the heavy cannon's primary fire with micro missiles on will give it a damage boost allowing you to easily tear down heavy demons the microwave beam can stun any demons except for the marauder even if theyre buffed you can disable the doom hunters 2 second damage immunity with the microwave beam if you microwave beam a demon thats about to die to an arbalest shot, a sticky bomb, a rocket, or a grenade theres a high chance you can explode them you can use lock on burst on an archvile only if hes faltered or frozen if you are meathooking a big target like the mancubus or baron of hell you can always press space first before taking the shot to give yourself some air time the first pip of the destroyer blade is a more powerful version of a normal ballista shot as it can one shot carcasses and prowlers while costing less plasma you can fling yourself with the chaingun shield (only works if youre in mid air and it doesnt work if they die) by shield bashing them and immediately dashing back the mobile turret can easily tear down pain elementals and barons of hell and it eats less ammo than micro missiles
