Ay coach Guess what, yep you're right i learn something new again, and it's actually my favorite a time trial topic, what did i learn from you is, i shouldn't always relay on my quads i should try using my back muscles on 10:16 im gonna try it to improve, Next what i learn to you is you shouldn't rack on your bike too much i actually thought it is only for climbing because i remember what you say on your mount samat video the one your using ur cervello p5 ttbike, you said you shouldn't rack or sa tagalog pa malikot sa bike para maka conserve ka ng lakas,i actually apply it:) and now im gonna it on flats.... for any who care about the "olden days". In 1973 in Canada I raced in the big (junior) event called the Canada Summer Games. Both TT 25 miles (40 km) and road race. We did not have TT bikes back then. racers generally used "silk" tubulars (not in rain!!!), and aero was bending over on the drops. The winner was just under one hour. I came 7th in 1 hour one minute 50 seconds. We did not even have speedometers then let alone powermeters. I am 64 now and still proud of that PB/result, but wished i was sub one hour of course. by researching a bit, if i had modern TT gear would have been maybe 56 minutes? If posting TT results, I LOVE to hear about your PBs

This is only what I've noticed Sir; lack of HIP ANGLE, she probably feels a bit more trouble during breathing.

She exceeded all her previous riding data. Twice 200km Audax rides and finishing in the top 5 best female time. Looking at the consistency, guessing the breathing did not factor. Theory to reality. And she only started 60 days prior

At the moment all the CRZ students don’t race or race bikes. Most of them just went into cycling because of the Lockdown and could not do their other social activities. Racing is a whole different world that requires more mental focus and dedication. Maybe a few of them will try next year if they find it fun

They have that option. Some of them have their respective teams, but 80% of the enrollees are independent weekend riders. If they prefer to use their training kit on their future races this is ok and an honor for the opportunity to have the stripes be shown in mainstream organized events

Hi, we tried to ask in passing out of curiosity how to join but there was a limit in participation. And those guys at the philcycling event are in a totally different level. These CRZ newbies are not even close to those performances

We don’t race competitively anymore, and past our golden years. We feel we already had our fair share of lazer focused High pressure cooker environment that racing demands. Plus the fact that we are not even close to the level of fitness as our more stronger seasoned cyclists. We have retired to the task of sharing visual stories to reach more beginners and newbies as a form of entertainment and relevant content.
