I love the fact how everything looks so easy in the video but I believe that 99 percent of us would mess up the initial form making and the remaining one percent would get killed at the burning of the heart shape shown at 0:11. Kudos to the incredible craftmanship.

Then the moment of dessert comes and the waiters serve this beautiful thing. I see the reaction of the guests, they're mesmerized. When they touch the desserts I say: STOP! And the waiters remove the desserts 😂😂😂 This kind of work is so beautiful, so amazing that I confess I'd feel guilty if I eat it. This and all of others are real masterpieces
