Many years ago I read an article about the benefits of raw garlic. I decided to try it and ate a few cloves forgetting that I had a hair appointment. Well, the garlic didn't sit well and I kept burping garlic while in the chair. That poor hairdresser!! The garlic smell was so strong!! I told her what I had done and apologized. Needless to say she got a big tip for putting up with me. Didn't do that again. Lol! I do still love garlic but have never tried black garlic. I need to look into trying it. Thanks for the interesting information. Happy Tuesday, Dr Dray! I hope you have a blessed evening. 💙

Calendula/marigold sap from the leaves will cure warts over a few weeks. Using Calendula sap, using two table spoons I squeezed the leaves, extractedt the sap and spread the sap on a plaster, applied it to my small son's knee that had two large warts that he repeatedly knocked off, causing him to cry with pain all night. His dr was going to freeze or cut them out, but the Calendula cured his knee with no damage to surrounding skin. ❤

As a spanish, I' ve got something to say before even watching the video😋😌. If you love supersonic mayo and garlic, you need to know what *ALLIOLI* is (in català language, literally all🧄 i& oli🫒oil). No machine can do it, I swear. Nothing else than extra virgin olive oil, garlic and a few grains of salt. Some freshly toasted bread or boiled potatos is all you want. Make sure to work out your arms regularly if you wanna try to do it at home😜. 🧛🏻‍♀️🖤

I used to eat raw garlic cloves when I had a cold because I read on the internet it has immune system boosting properties. I don't know if it helped with the cold, but I'd eat so much I'd smell like garlic. See that picture at 15:00? I'd chew it up and swallow it with a glass of water. I didn't have any problems tolerating it, I just drank water to prevent the burn. Black garlic sounds ineffective, garlic sweat and garlic breath were a part of the catharsis.

It is just crazy that Doctors do not get nutrition training in Medical schools. Every doctor visit should include some nutrition discussion. The majority of the population is over weight or obese leading to high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer. Schools and hospital cafeterias should be leading the way to good health by setting the example of what is a healthy meal and teaching people what to eat and why.. Every person in the hospital for heart disease should have a nutrition class before being checked out from the hospital with follow up education and training in nutrition. Medicare and Medicaid should require patient nutrition education as part of their standard of care. Nutrition information should be run on the hospital TV channel. Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight. People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses. When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test "NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.
