This is also an easy Japanese dish that you will definitely love to make.
*Once you remember this dish you, there's a lot of ways you can serve and eat this, such as in Temaki (rolled rice) or in obento or bento.
Soboro means ground meat, fish or eggs that is cooked into fine and crumbled.
For this recipe, I use 300 grams of ground pork, 4 pieces of green bell pepper and 6 eggs.
we will cook each items seperately,
for the eggs: Put 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dashi powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
for the green bell pepper- 1/2 teaspoon of dashi powder
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
For the meat: 1/2 teaspoon of dashi powder
2 tablespoon of brown sugar-added seperately ( please watch the video for this)
1 tablespoon sake or Japanese wine
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
** In each dish- make sure to sautee each dish until the liquid dries. Stirring is very important in making this as you don't want to burn the dish. In the video, I have a wet towel near me so that I can cool the pan by rubbing it on the towel to avoid burning the dishes.
