It's my burgerlicious recipe! Learn how to make easy hamburger.

Ingredients:
-1 kilo of burger mixed meat (70% ground beef and 30% ground pork)
-1 medium egg
-2 tablespoons milk
70 grams of bread crumbs (*Note about the bread crumbs I wrote 50-70 grams in the video,I use 'fresh' bread crumbs so it is softer than the already made ones, I find that the bread crumbs I buy for Tonkatsu is drier, so the burger becomes a little bit dense- if that make sense?)
and sauteed 1 onion ( you must prepare the onion before hand- chop or if you have a food processor- I set it in medium for 50 seconds- the onion shouldn't be too small- stir fry this until cook or to your liking)
-salt and pepper
** Nutmeg (optional-just if you like)
-*cooking oil For garnishing:
*I bought the bread and it taste a little bit like croissant

ketchup mustard
sliced onion ( *it is better to use a slicer if you have)
sliced tomatoes
lettuce
cheddar cheese
