With just two ingredients, Chinese cabbage and thin sliced pork, you can have a delicious dish for dinner with this easy to make dish.

For this dish you need*
1/2 of bunch of Chinese cabbage
400 grams of sliced pork
50 ml of sake
50 ml of Japanese soy sauce
1 sachet of dashi powder
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
How to make;
Cut the pork and the Chinese cabbage (refer to the video for this)
In medium heat, heat the pot then pour the cooking oil first, then put or layer the sliced pork in the pot,
put the Chinese cabbage on top, repeat this procedure until the pot is full, it is like making “millefeuille’.
* if you are using a bigger pot this amount should be good in one go, but I am using a smaller pot
so I have to wait until the veggies are cooked, and then I can put all the rest of the pork and veggies.
When the volume of the Chinese cabbage decreases put the heat into low.
Finally, pour the sake and the soy sauce and of course, don’t forget the dashi powder.
Then simmer in low heat for 15 minutes more.
