Amazing Project with 12v DC Motor & Chain Sprocket

Офигеть это надо же так заморочится с шкивом имея токарный станок. для этого как минимум надо пару универов закончить ибо простому смертному такое извращение не прийдет на ум. Удивил так удивил. Ну по принципу мы не ищем легких путей, вал проточить это мы запросто, а сделать оправку под щкив - это не наш путь.

Soldering a screw to a large piece of pipe would require the pipe to be heated up first. It’s a large heat sink.

1. Before soldering, the parts must be tinned. Special flux is cheap. 2. The sleeve for the gear had to be made not with a drill, but on a lathe. It is there! 3. What is all this for?

Sorry, where did the power come from for the spot weld? You can afford a lathe and an overhead drill but not spanners for the bolts or a proper welder or a better gas torch to silver solder with, Not a good hack. Put any load on the rack and the alloy drive on the motor would spin the solder off. I wont mention the other five reasons it would not do any useful work.

Sadly, the bearings inside the Drill Press Spindle will already be permanently damaged because the full Weld Current must pass between both Inner and Outer bearing race.

Aaaahhhhhh!!!!!! You show a pretty, new, lathe then go on to hack away with a dremel!!!! I was screaming through the whole video. So painful to watch! Haha! Still a fun build. Next, some way to keep the rod from rotating and add limit switches. Was that motor from a windshield wiper, or power window? Something else?

First project, why not make the sleeve for rod bigger? Because u have a milling machine and can mill the rod smaller? Or sleeve had remain that size?

its a windscreen wiper motor with gearbox assembly from a car. very common and quite powerful

Nessuna,si tratta di un motorino di tergicristallo,la corsa è breve quindi per sfruttarla su un piccolo cancelletto,la cremagliera dovrebbe essere lunga almeno MT 1,80,nel circuito elettrico manca un invertitore di fase,non mi soffermo su tutta la tecnica del lavoro altrimenti dovrei dare come punteggio ZERO.
