@@flyingmousefood 我講的不是SOP，是他用的材料。看起來沒有甚麼化學周期表之類的奇怪的東西都是菜市場可以買到的東西。跟一般人家裡自己做的材料都一樣，尤其是那個加雞蛋調餡料的動作，如果是大型食品工廠加的可能會加膠類的添加劑

小時候的麵店分為兩種~本省人跟外省人開的 差別在於外省開的才有賣水餃 牛肉麵 而現在哪來的外省人~都碼台灣出生的外省人.....

絞肉那一關實在令人觸目驚心，手不能伸進去絞肉機裡面啊，善用旁邊壓肉棒工具⋯⋯安全第一

@@flyingmousefood 不是會包水餃就是好媳婦哦 除非是工作需要或是老一輩的有教啦~現在的人哪會包水餃?? 別說那種技術活~現在女生除了煎蛋跟煮泡麵....應該不會去廚房吧
