Skywatcher ED80 Pro Series Apochromatic Refractor Telescope Gold Version.
Dobsonian mount for Skywatcher Flextube 130P.
SVBONY SV215 1.25" 3mm-8mm Planetary Zoom Eyepiece.
Takahashi EMC LE 7.5mm eyepiece.
BST Starguider ED 8mm eyepiece.
I bought the SVBony 3-8mm zoom from seamless_solutions (4948) In ebay:

I tested the zoom eyepiece on some close double stars at high power using an 80 mm APO f/6 triplet and ED f/7 doublet. It held up well against my TV Radians. My only gripe is that not all lenses are fully multicoated (as advertised), but neither are most of the eyepieces in the reviewer's collection.

Thanks for showing the action of the EP from the bottom! Now I understand why the barrel is so long on this zoom. Definitely can't use this with my new binocular telescope

The tmb 2.5mm would be too much for my 8 inch dob but would the starguider 3.2(375x) be ok?wanted something powerful for the moon!

I’ve just bought the starguider 7-21mm zoom eyepiece just wondered if you have tried it.i originally bought the svbony sv191 zoom before and it was extremely stiff and hard to use!I have the starguider eyepieces and find them to be excellent so thought why not buy the zoom also!
