You so mean. They are just trying to do their best being non native speaker at the same time. At least they deserve sympathy and appreciation. Imagine you teaching a language which isnt your mother tongue. For sure, youll make mistakes and be struggling with it

@@shahzodakamilova4907 agree. Recognizing your mistakes and improving is important but it does not mean that bullying non-native speakers for occasional errors is okay. Marina’s English is very good. Can she improve? Yes, as many of us.

Let me confess that I do respect English more since I'm watching your videos. I used to say that English is just an easy language that has no strict rules of grammar and pronunciation like French and Arabic (as I speak both languages) . But now I respect it more and give more and more time to learn it . Thank you
@mep6302
@mep6302 Жыл бұрын
Every language has its own set of rules. The thing is English is an international language. There are more non native speakers than native speakers. That's why many native English speakers are used to hearing mistakes in English. That's not the case with the other languages because most speakers of those languages are natives.

But I often hear that the d in "afraid" is not pronounced especially if there's a word that starts with a consonant. So basically most of folks tend to say "afray"/afrai and the d appears when the next word starts with a vowel

Наверняка эта женщина сначала наездилась в Турцию, где обучилась (совершенно забесплатно) этому "английскому" у любвеобильных турецких официантов, а потом с криком "Россия, вперёд!" решила преподавать его албанским, узбекским и мордовским мужичкам, страждущим обрести "американскую", типа, подругу для жизни. Настоящая скрепная, как пел Гребенщиков, Бой-баба!

She has issues, I can get it... for example in German... afraid (of/to) is angst (vor) and many people think that the correct preposition is (Von) von means (of) in English.... so there's a lot of confusion. However if you're putting yourself as a teacher and you're getting paid for it, you shouldn't make those mistakes.
