It's definitely one of my fave eps. This is sorta a parody version of the 80's film fatal attraction. Michael Douglas's character shagged about with a crazed blonde bird, he called it off when his wife and kid came home. Then she started stalking him, boiling the pet rabbit, calling into the house etc

There a couple of good jokes you were unlikely to get First the episode name is word play on a popular 80s movie fatal attraction and part of the movie plot was the obsessed mistress boiled the family rabbit hence Del being worried Second is the funny part when Del comes in with the camcorder on his shoulder singing watch out trotters about which was a nod to the popular family tv show beadles about where ‘watch out beadles about’ was the theme tune and where the presenter Jeremy beadle had a secret film crew filming ordinary people’s reactions to jokes being played on them

You'll have to watch Fatal Attraction the movie where this was based on . Can you react to Rising Damp , my 2nd fave comedy show after fools , you'll love it

You missed the parody plot to movie 'Fatal Attraction' hence this dental patient-stalker episode entitled 'Fatal Extraction'...it's from where the term "bunny boiler" came...you know, for any demented female stalker because in the movie, she boiled the family's pet rabbit! In this case, we're supposed to think that Damien's gerbil is in the pot being boiled! Oy vey.

Just letting you know that the next set of episodes are the '96 Christmas 🎄 trilogy. It's important that you react to them in the correct order, otherwise the story will be spoiled. These festive specials were such a treat to us Brits. We love Xmas like you Americans love Halloween 🎃 this is the order for all the remaining episodes which happen to all be Christmas ⛄ specials : 1996 = Heroes And Villains 1996 = Modern Men 1996 = Time On Our Hands 2001 = If They Could See Us Now 2002 = Strangers On These Shores 2003 = Sleepless In Peckham
