Except the talent of Amira, I saw the professionals respect to each other. All band follow her tampo by the leading of Mr. André, it's really hard to be seen in our country, really. Over here, as long as being a boss, who always thnks that he knows everything. This films gave me other shock after the teared-touching from the excellent performance.

A very perceptive comment. This indeed is one of the features of this performance that makes it stand out. Rieu paid great attention to all details of Amira's performance and helped her prepare well in advance. Vocal coaching is very apparent when you compare her previous appearances.

Yes. Amazingly rare physical structure to produce that tone so young. Her obvious intelligence served to give her a head start when she started singing at 7. She knew to look beyond just mimicking the song. I would suspect the long distance running she loves gives her the chest cavity to power a larger volume in such a small girl's larnyx. This gives a richer deep tone you can hear when she's in conversation on the television interviews she gave during the HGT months. You can hear the beginning of what will become a deep soothing foundation for those soaring flute like calls into angelic space as she grows. Such a treasure to be able to watch someone with such a fascinating gift grow before our ears and eyes.

probably and most likely the people who are jealous. I majored in classical music my entire life and have never heard something like this from a girl at her age and older, she's at the same level with prima donnas who perform in big theaters around the world. I am almost unable to type after listening to this dear child sing. I am covered in goosebumps right now. Almost speechless. I am going to follow her for the rest of my life. OMG! The goosebumps. What a feeling I have right now, so very rare and precious is it and is she. From Canada.

Her breath control is also astounding, given that her lungs haven't fully developed yet. O Mio Babbino Caro was written for an adult singer, with fully developed and trained lungs, so that she could pull this off, is nothing short of miraculous.

OMG! The girl is only 9 years old? you apparently understand the text. Do you think this is appropriate for a 9-year old? Do you have children of your own? Here's what blows me away. Forget that she has a gift in her voice. How does a 9 year-old little girl from The Netherlands or any country other than Italy learn an Italian libretto; perform in front of 10,000+ people; with accompaniment by Andre Rieu and his world famous orchestra; AND pull it off live, in one take with virtually no gaffs???????? It defies logic and all probability. Nothing against Jackie E. but this little girl is a phenomenon!

Amira is the reason i started listening to Opera. i grew up listening to Rap not knowing i been missing out, her voice really touched me and i must admit a shed a tear. just dont tell anybody cause im suppose to be a tough macho man...

I know. When I came across her first audition for HGT, I kept thinking there must be someone singing, and she was miming. How can such a beautiful voice come from a 9 year old? When she has a childs speaking voice. It is really a miracle....
