I would love it if you made a podcast! I think it would be perfect for answering questions, as podcasts are typically interview style. I'd listen while cooking, driving, gardening....would be easier than watching a video. I love the videos but podcasts are super convenient!

Yay for the merch! I want a Simnett Nutrition shirt! I have been drinking a store bought stinging nettle hot tea for arthritis in my ankle and I think it maybe does offer some relief. I didn't know that it helped with allergies too! I also enjoy podcasts, especially on long car rides or while I'm weeding my garden. However, I also really like watching videos on youtube (mostly ones that are 30 minutes or less) because I like seeing the person talking and also the beautiful scenery, family/friends, pets (CoCo!) and all the other aspects of their life! Great video as always!

Simnett Nutrition when I first heard this 6 months ago I couldn’t even do 1 pull-up. I started with negatives and Australian pull-ups and just kept battling with them, now I’m 20lbs heavier and knocking out sets of 10 reps on every pull day. Just started adding weight in the last few weeks and so I’m getting excited that the first muscle-up should soon be within reach. Thanks man, another great ask me Tuesday morning (UK time) 👍

LOVE the stinging nettle idea! My husband & children have SEVERE environmental allergies and take a small amount of local bee pollen daily to help with symptoms. It took several months of regular use before they saw clear benefits, but it was worth it as they no longer need the Rx antihistamines year-round!

Stinging nettles are amazeballs! I take it in tea form. I suffer from psoriasis and it helps with nerve pain. Part of my psoriasis trigger is from too much high histamine foods. The nutrition is nettles very high as well, they are an edible green when cooked.

So glad you included edible wild plants! Truly amazing stuff, especially if you can replace some expensive greens and get better fruit (or whatever you can't find otherwise)😊 It's just crazy some have many times the vitamin and mineral content of kale, spinach, etc. to the point they even must protect themselved with stinging hairs😂

I am so happy to see that recently there has been more and more vegans in the American military. My question is this, my unit is going out for 42 days to a training center and I will be in an austere environment where I can’t get food or shipments from anyone. What are some things I can bring with me to keep my performance up when I’m tired and worked hard while also being non perishable. No refrigerator either! Thanks Derek you’re my favorite I watch you every day for your good vibes. Stay healthy stay vegan!

We also have all 4 venomous snakes that call North America home. We do speak a different language that we call “southernese”. It’s all good though because we think other folks have a funny accent! To the coffee person. I generally just put a dash of almond milk in my coffee....but I have found a product called RIPPLE if I remember correctly. They make a pea protein based "half and half" that is SOOOOO good! It's the closet thing that I have found to the real deal. Something that actually gives you the same mouth feel. And thanks for the info on the nettles!!! I actually use these when I come across them and have a way to transport. Mostly for other health reasons...but I hadn't heard (how I don't know) about them as something to help with allergies! Or maybe I have, and just forgot. lol I have severe allergies. Debilitating really. This time of year. I can hardly function without loads of meds. Was even on shots from elementary through high school. Thanks, as always, for the uplifting and fun video my friend.

This comment is for Robert Negoita who asked the allergy question at 5:33! (I looked for his original question to respond to but couldn't find it) I have always had really bad seasonal allergies, and have taken Zyrtec for years. Like you, I recently realized my Zyrtec contained lactose! I did a ton of googling to see if I could find a vegan alternative. I've found lots of info similar to what Derek said, but I wanted to find all of those homeopathic things in one pill instead of having to buy a bunch of different vitamins separately. The only thing I've been able to find so far is called Allergy-D by Genexa. It has some pretty good reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot. I just ordered some from Amazon this past weekend, so in theory I should be getting mine today! Anyway, I hope you somehow find this comment, and I hope this helps!
