SOY! I realize there is a lot to cover about the topic and I really only covered one aspect of it here so feel free to dig in a little deeper with the links down below. With all the research I have seen, eating a few servings of soy a few times per week is definitely fine and actually quite healthful! I'm always open to new information though, if you know of some information as to why we shouldn't be eating soy, please post it down below!
