So my auger spins and I get cubed ice no problem. When I select crushed ice the blades turn but they get jammed every time. It is like it doesn't have enough power to crush it.

Thanks for watching. In this case it can be good to check if the stationary blades are in fact secure and are not sliding around. If the blades seem secure and the crushing blades spin and it's still not crushing then the motor / gearbox could be faulty. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bZp5f9Gjv9KznHk.html

@AmreSupply so I replaced the who ice assembly, and the blades were still getting jammed. I ordered a new auger motor, and I hope it fixes the issue.

@AmreSupply I got the ice crusher working. When I went to swap the motor, the yoke was stripped and wouldn't come off. So I had to order one. Took my grinder to cut it off and installed the new motor and yoke. Crushed ice now.
