As a 23 yr old fan, I’m so glad you made this video. They’re my favorite KZfaqrs, but their fandom is actually insane and I want no part of it. I’ve seen lots of older fans like 19-23 who are completely sane and normal, but the younger fans are actually sooo parasocial and chronically online it’s so scary. They also think they’re like characters and not real people. Another thing abt their younger fans is they have no life experience. If i got on TikTok and saw edits of me and my old friends with captions like “i miss their friendship what happened to them” I’d be soooo annoyed. Im friends w 1 person from high school and we barely see each other. Most people in their 20s are constantly going thru friend groups.

as someone who watches their youtube videos and may perhaps watch tiktok edits of them from time to time, i try not to associate myself with their fandom because of how delusional and obsessive they (the fans) can be. i get that they are attractive and funny men on the internet so they are bound to have fan girls but some of these people are far too old to be obsessing over their every move and essentially romanticizing everything they do. i feel like people have definitely created a version of them in their head so when they do/say the bare minimum, people go CRAZY and it's sets the bar for human decency so low imo😭

One thing I don’t think people have clocked is that they’ve literally reached boyband status. It’s literally one direction if we had TikTok in that era. There are MANY popular k-pop bands with far fewer fans. I think if we all just acknowledged that life would be a lot easier on the triplets and some of the older fans.

as someone whos followed em for a while, i wanted to say something first thing i remember thinking of clearing up was fresh love, which is chris's brand. he has had way more than 4 items. he did colored sweatsuits in the past and theyve all sold out so he removed them from the website. i think in total he's had 20+ unique items, however only 4 are listed rn. I think what you said about them being stuck is so correct. i personally love a lot of their content as it's something that i can put on and kinda use as background noise. i want them to branch out however i don't think they'll ever be taken seriously since they will always be known as the tiktok triplets. as for space camp, i agree. don't buy if you're not in the US because shipping is outrageous. i bought them when they were on sale and i only bought a 2 pack but i love the lip balm and i'm really happy with it, especially since it's made of good ingredients. that's all i think i wanted to say. great video, you did a good job breaking everything down.

as someone who was a massive fan of the dolan twins, i can’t help but notice the similarities between the two groups. especially the over analysis of everything they do by their fans and the “shift” in vibe in their content. i feel like it may be becoming similar to what happened to the twins where the scrutiny of everything little thing they do plus the reliance of views and “being funny” is making them not enjoy creating videos anymore.

the idea that la is some magical hell where people go and immediately change for the worse and everyone is la is horrible and vapid and shallow is so strange to me?? la is one of the most culturally rich and diverse places in the world with a HUGE population, so it's perception to people who aren't from la is so weird. i understand influencer culture there is different from just being an la local, but the villainization rubs me the wrong way.

I watch the sturniolo triplets and I would definitely consider myself a fan. I think that they are chill and very funny and they have this dynamic between the three of them that is just unmatched and I find it really comforting. I think they bring a lot of joy to a lot of people and are pretty much unproblematic for the most part. I think problems start to arise when fans get crazy and make everything into a really big deal. They are literally just three guys having fun and documenting their sibling relationship. Also you touched on them being immature but I don’t think they are like that usually but the videos are in a sibling/friend goofy setting so Ofc it’s gonna be a bit more silly and unserious. Anyway I have so much more I could say on them but I’ll leave it at that for now.

To add a few things that could maybe clear up some confusion regarding the 'ex-friend' category. (What I picked up over my course of being a fan) Elmer/Young Pleit: the intro situation His song 'miss me' had been part of their intros for as long as I can remember watching them. Recently, they had a shift regarding professionality, with Nick explaining in a YT video that their follower growth led to some changes and that they're in a 'new era'. Thus, the intro song was changed. Now I couldn't have cared less, but some people did get in a fuzz over it. Elmer went on an ig live and somebody had asked what he thought of the triplets taking out his song to which he (I think) replied to saying he didn't know they even did that, being confused. This is how far my knowledge goes on this topic, so idk if something else happened. Alahna Estrella: friend/fan So I always enjoyed seeing Alahna in their videos. What You've mentioned with her being close to the family and being the first person Nick came out to is true as far as I know. When they had their friendship break up, I only ever watched from the sidelines because it didn't concern me, or any of the fans actually. And again, I don't really care about the split up because that's what happens. As you've said people grow apart, don't make time for it anymore etc. The exact reason for their fallout isn't public knowledge, but the quote you've brought up probably has been said by Alahna. But this is kinda where it gets tricky because it isn't clear if it's about the triplets or somebody else. Now a lot of people of course think it's about the triplets, but I've also had a few people vehemently say that it's unrelated to them and had been twisted into a reason for their fallout. We'll probably never know, and that's alright because we don't need to. These are for sure not the most important things to mention, but there has been hate (especially towards Alahna) regarding their fallouts and it always kinda bugged me how people felt so entitled to the personal relationships the triplets have.
