No, unless you want the items in the layout change positions

How important do you think this is for a new developer when learning how to develop their own apps? I end up getting frustrated whith this kind of things and I don't know if I should be less concerned about display until I get better (and wiser) or if I should continue stopping and fixing every display related issue as I run into them

I want to know if we make several files with same name in a directory it replaces or gets revoked the previous one. But why the files in values folder with same name are saved with the same name of them all?

android detect automatically the correct one, they has the same name but are for different resolutions or densities

Short Answer: Constraint Layout. Long Answer: You can't do it without testing on edge cases. Such as large/small screens. Some devices also have weird screen sizes like Samsung sometimes uses narrow screen. So have various devices to test on. Use cloud testing hardware if you don't have multiple android devices.
