There is no differentiation based on color of your skin in Japan. You are either Japanese or Gaijin.

The truth is most people's careers stagnate or decline in Japan. The country simply can't adapt and evolve like other countries due their rigid ultra conservative mindset. Work in Japan and you'll become an extinct dinosaur 🦖🦕 stuck in the past along with the country itself.

I felt like these weren't that bad....I'm surprised about them being so strict about downloading anime in other languages. In China you have to work around the system a lot but it is kind of expected and overlooked.

Thanks for sharing, some developers say IT coding in Japan is very different compare to US or other countries. Mainly means they prefer oldies ways and if you are not the leader in the development groups there is no way to use latest technology for example new framework to get the job done, is that correct? Hope can hear from you
