I appreciate the fact that your channel does not have some big overblown intro trailer. I watch a lot of you tube and I get nauseous from the intro trailers/videos. Just get to the point and tell me in YOUR words why this screwdriver (or tool of any kind) is the best. Then let me decide. I'm either going to like to listen to you talk about it or I won't (I have not unsubscribed from your channel yet!) What I have decided is this is the best homeowner screwdriver I've owned. I do tinker on RC cars and I can say this is the best RC tool for 1.5 to 4 mm hex bits I have seen. I have ordered other tools after watching your videos that I did not know I needed! It is a screwdriver I would not hesitate to give as a gift.

After looking at your video, I returned the Vessel 2200MBH and replaced it with this Anex, and I'm glad I did. The Anex is clearly the superior tool. With the 72 ratcheting teeth, the ratcheting mechanism functions very smoothly. (In any case, it's a pleasure to use.) The driver feels good and solid in the hand. The ratcheting switch works as it should. I think it's unlikely that I'll accidentally flip it to lockout as I did with the Vessel, but time will tell. When the switch is in lockout, my new Anex exhibits ZERO play. It's an amazing little tool. Very happy I listened to you and acted on your advice. I bought a Makita E-01373 Impact XPS™ 6" magnetic insert bit holder to use with the driver. My Milwaukee bits are a bit hard to extract from the Makita bit holder, but they should work fine in there. I feel like buying a couple of these as stocking stuffers for my son and my son-in-law.

Best ratcheting screwdriver I've had yet after 25+ years. Anex is a great company and you can tell this is built with "Made in Japan" quality. This is the only ratcheting driver I've ever had with almost "deadlock" zero slop at center lockout. I have 3 of them and its the only duplicate driver I own since I get so much use out of the design. Great review and nice channel, I'm a new sub.

Does the annex have a built in magnet that holds the bit? For instance, like the vessel 2200MBH. Thanks for any reply

Until Klein comes out with a ball grip ratcheting 11-in-1 impact, this is my favorite too!

Vessel’s 3 speed electric screwdriver is easily my favorite screwdriver ever. I put the 5/16 half of the impact 11-1 in it with a couple different bits, and I have never thought about another “ultra driver” setup again. I also really like their ratcheting drivers for the built in stubby.

The ratcheting switch appears to be an improvement on the Vessel 2200MBH, which I recently acquired. The very first time I used the Vessel to drive a screw, I accidentally flipped the switch to lockout. The Vessel has a good strong magnet in its integrated bit holder, and it includes a built-in ratcheting stubby. Those are nice features that this Anex lacks. The poorly designed ratcheting switch on the Vessel is a problem, though.

I have both the Vessel ball grip and the Anex and like them both but the direction changer is better on the Anex

It's been my outside my veto bag quick grab screwdriver for a few years now much prefer it to my vessel ratcheting ball grips. Before that it was the klein you showed we think alike. This may not fix the vessel issue you have buy the Grey switch vessel racheting screwdrivers are made in Japan not Taiwan to mechanism on the Grey one is smoother and better overall. It's harder to find them and even the bit holding vessel racheting that recently came out is yellow and made in Japan as well but not as smooth as the old Grey switch ones. Still anex will continue to be my quick grab on the outside of rhe veto bag 👍

I love ball handled screwdrivers, just the best to use. Ratcheting is eh, the long shanked vessel ones are nice sometimes. But I wish there was a fixed, ball handle, square #2 screwdriver. It simply doesn't exist.
