I used to be a very angry person! I realized after 40yrs how to rid my life of this craziness! Daily bible study & constantly Praising GOD takes away anger & replace it with peace of mind! It's a daily struggle, but spending time with GOD is worth everything! Replace anger for GOD'S Wisdom!!!

Yesterday I was so angry at someone so I came to you tube looking for a video on anger and here it is. God showed me the motive of that person and I prayed to God asking him to teach me what to do with my anger!

"Unresolved anger turns you into a victimizer....you gotta dig that stuff up". This is good stuff!!! Buried anger will always come back to bite or manifest itself in a health problem....am learning to forgive by God's grace.

Anger does not come from the Lord so we must be cautious how we speak to others as Colossians 4:5 says “ let your words be gracious seasoned with salt so that you ought to know how to answer each person” amen 🙏🏾

i’ve been so angry. just angry with myself, angry about my circumstances. i really needed to hear this. i’ve invited anger into my heart and i genuinely want pure happiness instead. i’m tired of infecting others with my negativity. i want to be a genuine person and process and heal from what i’ve been thru. thank you Pastor for this message.

I know this first hand. I have gotten so angry and out of control more than a few times in my life. It's not a true representation of who I am, however, when I have allowed my anger to seethe and explode because of what someone else has done or said to me, it's nothing nice or right. God's word is right and do know that anger is very dangerous. My daughter and I have discussed this at length that getting a hold of anger is so important. I've learned and I continue to learn that my anger must be controlled because I don't want to become a casualty because I didn't exhibit self control over my anger. My true self is not an angry person, it's only when I feel I've been taken advantage of that the volcano of anger erupts. I am learning to ignore and move on when it's time before I get to a point of such anger.

I GREW UP IN A VOLITILE FAMILY, SO I HAD TO HOLD MY ANGER WITHIN AND WAS NOT ALLOWED TO EXPRESS IT!!!! BUT I THANK MY FATHER JESUS FOR HEALING ME AMEN!!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO BE AROUND ANYBODY THAT STAYS ANGRY!!!!! I AM STILL GROWING AMEN!!!!!

I learn to forgive those who hurt me, family members & friends and pray for them instead of hold it against them!!!! If Jesus forgives us, we need to forgive them and most of all forgive ourselves!!!!!
